Highlights during the visit by the Council Chairperson of the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) Hon. Ret. Chief Justice Mohamed Othman Chande at the University on March 8 and 9, 2018

It was an honour for the Council Chairperson Hon. Chande to visit and meet the SACIDS Secretariat Team and learn various research activities conducted by the Centre.

During his tour at the Molecular Biology Laboratory, Hon. Chande was briefed by the Centre leader Prof. Gerald Misinzo about the Centre’s mission and vision and how equipping the laboratory with cutting edge technology will help reducing the burden of infectious diseases to our communities.
